All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or unwanted items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want every Bestie to love their purchase!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@mahjongbestie.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you when warranted.
